Emptying the dustbin is now even easier! The robot vacuum automatically empties its 3.2L dust bag into the dock, allowing for up to 100 days* of low-maintenance use.
Prevent the accumulation of bacteria and combat unpleasant odors with hot air drying. The cleaned mop pads are dried with hot air to maintain their surface.
The robot vacuum automatically refills the cleaning solution* for the mop, making it easier to remove stubborn stains.
The robot vacuum knows when water needs to be added to ensure a consistent water supply for non-stop mopping. The docking station refills the vacuum's water tank with clean water and ensures the mop pads are always ready for mopping.
The water attachment kit* is used to automatically fill the robot vacuum with clean water and drain used water, offering even easier cleaning. This prevents water spills and makes carrying heavy water tanks a thing of the past.
After mopping the floors, the dirty water is analyzed by a color sensor, and the amount of mopping water is adjusted across 32 levels. Afterward, areas with a high concentration of dirt* are cleaned again to ensure they are truly clean.
The L40 Ultra AE is equipped with ultrasonic carpet detection. This allows carpets to be automatically detected, cleaned, or avoided, depending on the settings you choose in the Dreamehome app.
Enjoy premium vacuuming that keeps short-pile carpets dry. The mop pads are automatically lifted by 10.5 mm* to protect carpets from moisture. Select Carpet Boost mode in the Dreamehome app to pull dirt from carpets and be impressed by the powerful cleaning and flawless results.
Adjust the settings in the Dreamehome app to suit your living space. Use the intensive carpet cleaning mode to clean floors twice* at a lower speed for a more thorough result. Select the carpet cleaning mode to vacuum carpets first, in order to prevent the carpet from becoming overly wet and to stop dirt from being spread throughout your home.
With carpet avoidance*, yoga mats and children's play mats stay dry and clean. The robot vacuum quickly detects obstacles, navigates around them directly, and also prevents unpleasant odors – for a fresh, spotless home.

We are generally very satisfied with the Dreame L40 AE. I find the many setting options particularly positive. You can customize everything individually or simply activate the CleanGenius function – then the robot cleans the rooms independently as it sees fit. Both work really well.

I recently bought the Dreame L40 Ultra AE and am really very satisfied with it. The suction power is strong and the robot cleans thoroughly – even in corners. Dust and hair are picked up without any problems. The mopping function also works very well and leaves floors clean and shiny. I find the automatic station particularly practical: the robot empties its dust bin and cleans its mop pads automatically. This saves a lot of time and effort in everyday life.
